Network marketing is a form of business that relies on person-to-person sales and recruiting. Individuals who earn a small profit from each sale sell products and services directly to consumers. These same people recruit more people to invest in the products and sell them. A trickle effect ensues as members of each team build their own sub-teams and everyone earns residuals off the people they sign up.

1. Choose a product that is easily stored and moved by the sales team.

2. Recruit a core team of passionate salespeople. Ask your sales staff to pitch the product to people they already know, and encourage their friends and family to join too.

3. Make sure the product sample kit isn’t too expensive for the salespeople to purchase. The average price should only be a few hundred dollars.

What you’re often not being told is that to Earn Money online Like Top Earners Mike Dillard Floyd Burnett Todd Falcone Brian Bear Tissa Godavitarne Stone Evans Mark Allen etc. you must have something everyone needs when starting up or growing a business, any business, to make things happen: customers, prospects, builders. You must know how to advertise, promote, advertise, market, advertise, stay with it, oh yes … and advertise?!

Then.. once you have prospects, you gotta know how to recruit them, and how to sponsor the right people into your business. You see, no matter what company you work you must be filling your downline with the right kind of people, otherwise your odds of ever becoming a top earner are slim.

You also want to be part of a real business and not a scam. Now there’s been a lot of companies that have come and gone since the 1990’s when the internet really began taking off and many of these dot com companies and the people working them were slow to catch on to just how powerful the internet can be for promoting an opportunity, not to mention the importance of branding, something written about by Mike Dillard and practiced by savvy companies over the past few years.

If you’re not yet with a good company, look for one that is stable and debt free. Be careful with mlm startups as many don’t make it in the long term. Some start out in a few countries and never really get off the ground OR expand too rapidly and implode.

In the best companies, there are no income limits and they can be built globally. Look for one that is fast growing or has a proven record of success, and that’s stable and debt free! Has your company been written up in Entrepreneur magazine or listed on the Inc500, or been a privately held success story? Great. Avoid pyramid scams and companies with no training. And be ready to learn about mlm lead generation if you need more people to talk with.

Don’t waste time chasing after people who are “interested” – instead, look for people who are serious about changing their lifestyle. Look for good customers, people who need to hear about your product and/or services.

Create a web presence for yourself by registering your own domain name, website, etc. if that’s in line with your companies rules. If you need help, you can use a website builder or software to do it. You can also register a URL with Godaddy and forward it to your company provided website, and set-up email forwarding for POP / IMAP etc.
Having your own website and domain name can give you added credibility with prospects.

Whatever your primary business, you want to recruit team builders. Because your team will ultimately drive your success, and when they succeed, you succeed, especially when everyone makes decent INCOME.

Don’t be intimidated by the internet because it can be a big help to growing your home business. And the more prospects you attract, the stronger, more solid and established your business can become. Work to create long term success and grow an online presence and a successful home business.

You don’t have to be Google or Microsoft to be successful online. You can make money online in your own global business venture right from your home. Income you can be proud of. Just don’t fall for the earn $10,000 a month with No-Selling / No-Effort claims. You gotta work at success.
